Paper Prints Policy

Multiverse Journal (MVJ) operates primarily as an open-access, online-only journal, committed to the principles of digital accessibility and environmental sustainability. All articles published in MVJ are freely available online in digital format to ensure global accessibility without barriers. However, recognizing the diverse needs of authors, academic institutions, libraries, and research organizations, MVJ offers print-on-demand services for those who wish to obtain physical copies.

1. Availability of Printed Copies

MVJ provides the following print services:

  • Single Article Prints: Authors and readers may request printed versions of individual articles.

  • Issue-Wise Prints: Complete issues can be printed and delivered upon request.

  • Institutional Orders: Academic libraries, research institutions, and conference organizers may place bulk orders.

  • Special Editions: On request, special thematic issues or compilations can be printed for seminars, workshops, or academic events.

2. Request Process

To obtain printed copies, interested individuals or institutions must send a formal request via email to the editorial office at editor@mvjournal.com. The request should include the following:

  • Full name of requester

  • Title(s) of the article(s) or issue(s)

  • DOI or volume/issue number

  • Number of copies required

  • Complete mailing address (including postal code)

  • Contact email and phone number

  • Preferred mode of shipping (standard or express)

3. Printing & Shipping Charges

All print requests are subject to printing, handling, and delivery charges. Charges vary based on:

  • Number of pages

  • Number of copies

  • Delivery destination (domestic/international)

  • Urgency of shipment

A quotation and invoice will be provided after the request is received. Printing will commence upon confirmation of payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (within the country of publication): 7–10 business days

  • International: 14–21 business days (depending on postal services)

  • Express options are available at additional cost upon request.

5. Print Quality and Format

  • All printed articles are bound professionally.

  • The standard format is A4, printed on high-quality, eco-friendly paper.

  • MVJ branding, ISSN, article DOI, and publication details are included in every print.

  • Color printing is available for articles with figures, tables, and images that require clarity.

6. Terms and Conditions

  • Printed copies are intended for personal, academic, educational, or institutional use only.

  • Unauthorized commercial distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

  • All copyrights remain with the journal and/or the authors as per the journal’s copyright policy.

  • MVJ reserves the right to reject print requests that do not align with journal policies or ethical standards.

7. Special Discounts

  • Authors of published articles are eligible for a discounted rate for personal copies.

  • Academic institutions, libraries, and partners may receive bulk order discounts for educational distribution.

8. Sustainability Commitment

In alignment with global sustainability efforts, MVJ encourages digital access over print. Print services are offered on-demand only, in order to reduce paper waste and promote responsible publishing practices.
